i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it absolutely was much more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days about the streets with all the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle just like you are in short supply of time, money, resources, just by getting shit done.
One “hack” i experience myself - is creating a sense of urgency and building up over the internet the scariest thing that will happen if i don’t understand this shit done.
The more intensity you can have within yourself, your business that pressure drives one to either notice a amount of friction or fulfillment, either way it adds fuel for the hustling power.
To persistence, your height of persistence when shit doesn’t workout determine how far you go, there is certainly really absolutely no way you are able to accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x more than we have succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to inform how often you fail, but i’ll inform you now each and every successful entrepreneur i have met failed more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more money compared to they usually make…
Hustling must be a part of your lifetime, i used to be very blessed yet still am being flanked by those who have supported me, which includes also increased me believing in myself more. Once i used to be talking to a buddy / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a big deal) and that i remember just hearing him complimenting on my small hustle and that i could sense in himself he believes with what i’m doing. (At that time, i had not even met him personally!)

Obtaining the right people around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing the right thing, on the proper time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, especially when you're new and beginning, it requires lots of dedication, focus, attention and you also has to be a person that is centered on self growth. Sometimes TWICE as harder on myself, on my small mind then i do on my business.
Mindset to approaching things is a lot more important than how you get it done, mindset contributes to using a strategic mindset to harness your specific ability to create maximum results.

After i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally came across started within this industry i'd more setbacks than a lot of people, i had dropped outta university during my final year, friends and family laughing at the fact that i wish to get wealthy working from home…
I immediateley got into around $40,000 price of debt while i bought in to a $20k multilevel marketing program after which went on a rampage of shopping for every-and-any-damn course online marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your height of pain threshold determines your success because it means you will not be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they will.
The first 6 figures is going to be tough. A 7 figures will probably be tough. Your first 8 figures is going to be tough less then where i'm heading for now, but i possess a strong fist and i am punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i will be. A number of my challenges i face are simply so damn ridiculous, and i know most average people would not be also in a position to understand it, however have a compelling “Why” along with a vision that will get me thru the tough times. Make sure to have your own compelling future that will drive you forward even though you may think all just isn't training.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t build your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does such a thing exist, when i actually do live events and individuals approach me, instantly they put me over a pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even said to me i’m just like a God to him. * i needed to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on a pedestal. Everything you placed on a pedestal is usually likely to be unrealistic.
Don’t idolise people. Since they're just people
Because individuals have several things much better than you, doesn’t mean they're allowed to be wear something from this world, they are still in this world, and it’s feasible for you as well. Once i meet immensely successful people i then just know if i want what they have, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this whole thing is only a journey, your journey, my journey, many people are over a journey, i respect everyone, not just a millionaire or even a billionaire however the guy who got pitched by his uncle to become listed on Amway, as well as other MLM and is also wanting to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the heart to walk into the fierce world of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down on anyone, unless they may be shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid that comes to my home having a beautiful smile to clean once a week, i recently do various things, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i am still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles about what i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, everything that stuff.
You're always going to be a human, which means you will invariably possess some shit not workout, for me last 6 months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m focusing on my health, and my opportunity and my vision.
That’s what life is.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My well being is not dictated by how much money i make or the want to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, the ability to hand back - i wish to start building schools to aid orphans, i really do some such things as that, but it’s not enough i want to give more back.
You can’t assist the poor if you're one of them this bit of wisdom continues to be tied to me for a long period.
As long as I am learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I am aware I’m exactly where I must be.
Money is just one single element of one’s life and yes, it’s important - although not the most important, well that’s debatable based on your own values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Give attention to gaining momentum, yes - you will find programs, systems which can help you get results within 30-90 days, but sometimes it will take you longer, so bloody stick with it.
Success is not something just get up and acquire, it’s something you need to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of the population don’t do and that’s why they are afflicted by obligations and are usually broke and lacking money, that leads to a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for almost any business to gain momentum, but remember i've spent more money on my own education to perfect a few things i do than the average person will probably earn in a lifetime.
This can be one of the greatest killers of success that i'm guilty of it too, now i simply don’t do anything whatsoever else easily can’t commit 90+ days into it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Each month Spending Habit
It’s not every dandy-candy, When you are the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin making a lot of money once you get momentum - yes, more income than you ever made before….
More money than all your family, friends, cousins, relatives come up with - once you accomplish that, or should i say before you decide to do this, you need to ALWAYS know this….
Always be aware of among Gross, Net and just how much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone as high as $200,000 monthly.

I had just found out not long ago i was spending $30,000 each month / £20,000 each month on stuff, stuff i've not even attempt to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and that i don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
i have no clue why i had been spending that, or how it accumulated to date, after Half a year of ridiculous over spending, after doing accounts again - i got slapped up and woken up. Forget about.
I don’t like budgeting because it kinda defies the point of why i’m running a business, but i start to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and thus now situations are changing
It accumulates and can be detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was first a newbie and i had made my first six figures - the very first 2 yrs the cash i'd made,i needed blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) in my Barclays Bank account. That sucked.
I recall thinking though - i’ll get this back and more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i learn how to market.
Still, one year later used to do like a million bucks in sales.
All in all, i will be still studying keeping money, investing etc. It’s a new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Create a Group of A-Players & Grab yourself A cpa
That reminds me, on the subject to getting money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you need to continually be looking at your numbers, each day - many times per day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team gives you freedom, but also plenty of damn headache, stress, worry, problems should they aren’t the best person and if you aren’t the proper type of person to manage them.
Ultimately Delegation has been among my biggest tips for success, on the typical day i might spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email will probably be worth around $10,000 to me, so i invest some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor will i wish to - we have influence of these subscribers and clients and i also respect them too much to ever outsource it might be.

That shit scared me.

I’ve lost a lot of money in the process of this, and it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. You live and discover.

But i’m alive, we have the ability to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and really everyday above ground is success for me personally, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Develop a Personality That’ll Give You Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
More and more i’m since the net Marketing, business industry is being more personal with all of this social networking stuff, you can have the ability to make your own personal tribe (more in that somewhat later)
Use your personality to increase online conversions, to draw in like minded people, to develop your personal tribe and cultivate them, help them succeed…
Develop yourself right into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor within your marketplace.
Then add personality - learn who to tell stories, should you aren’t funny, then learn how to be funny, for those who have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, if you are boring, learn how to be interesting and being Thinking about others.
They're all bits of advice i either paid to learn, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
I see people begin and jump out of the profession, well i did previously once i paid attention to other folks, lol, now i seriously don’t much. My attention is protected so i keep a clear head on who i'd like / need to serve.
Being a personality on the internet is something i learned from Dan Kennedy a long time ago.
Present with individuals is magical, whether its online or offline, practice being PRESENT plus as soon as meaning - leave the damn Facebook and social networking and acquire practising being present, the most effective relationships that i have built and continue building happens because i will be always being a TED instead of a THING (thanks to Jesse Elder for teaching this piece of wisdom to me!)

I'd like a business like theirs - so i surround myself together. I wish to avoid costly mistakes, therefore i surround myself using them.
Once you seem like you might be hitting a roadblock, hire a mentor, a coach, a consultant, i’ve been carrying this out shit for soo several years, it blows my mind - that a lot of people don’t take action.
This is among my top biggest secrets man. I just buy shit i want to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know already that” - well in the event you did, then why aren’t you where you desire to be…
You’ll continually be learning, therefore i embrace this along time ago. Rather than going thru courses and programs and training (that we still do btw) i've found owners and masters of topics i would like to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
Then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

I spend SOOOOOOOO much time alone, i don’t find lots of people accomplish that. And when i’m alone i might often walk approximately random strangers, usually older people and speak to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to give me.
It can make life much easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t lengthy mind and brain an opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself without any distractions gives you the opportunity clear your brain, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively plus more efficiently. Damn, consider this - this website post takes me like 3 hours to publish and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending time alone can be a beautiful thing very few people understand. I understand because a large amount of people will always let me know - how come you travel alone ? lol.
Ever since i travel the entire world 90% of times on my own, i will meet strangers, we have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everybody at any moment and so i don’t must be lonely if i don’t want to.
And really i really like my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Hanging out alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, hang out with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is when breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, no less than for me personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your lifestyle!)
I go Mosque around i can, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll have a prayer mat and pray - within my hotel room.
However always invest some time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in life - i really do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i do spend time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and get my mojo on
I realised spending some time alone, i recieve to really develop my clear thinking in ways which i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta escape and spend time on my own.
Or possibly that’s my excuse for visiting a different country on a monthly basis. lol.
Purchase a simple or even a fancy journal having a fancy pen, go spend $50 on a pen and be proud of covering your life, your challenges, your objectives, visions, and dreams. Your life worth living is really a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Investing In Your brain
You don’t need to be incredibly best if you do that, although i proclaim to my little brother as i’m a GENIUS, you really don’t must be super smart or hav university degrees, after all look at me - i dropped outta university now i operate a multi big business, that being said - i am a student and i also remember my buddy Mike Dillard founder, elevation group stating that probably the most successful individuals the world would be the people who invest by themselves.
Damn, this words of advice makes me waste more money on myself than a lot of people even earn, and that’s never to brag - it’s to inform you how committed i'm to my growth.

Irrrve never restrain in investing in myself.
I've met some super-uber smart people that have been very successful in the corporate world but, they don’t own their greatness in terms of an internet business, often getting overwhelmed, stopping too rapidly and never staying the program till the end.
There are endless stories of folks that had nothing and went ahead and created big empires, study from them, grow from them, buy their stuff, go to their events, hang out with them.

Using a well toned self confidence increases your skill to go forward, fail fast, whilst at it, you know internally you're man and you also don’t need anyone’s validation or approval.
Naturally the greater results you obtain, the more confidence you're going to get in your abilities, in your communication, your posture and just how you carry yourself.
However, you'll want it in your mind ALREADY and live confidently to draw in what you need.
I seriously couldn’t give a toss what anyone thinks of me, they do their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for dinner.
However these are simply people and that i appreciate, respect what they do and where they are at, but this don’t mean i’m any smaller than them. Once you originate from that place in places you own your greatness and you are in deep appreciation of what you are without all the “stuff”….
You then turn into a little magical ball of awesomeness.
Once i started deciding which i can do what i want in this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more money for services than other people, altered the landscape for various aspects and helped many people have more results compared to other things.
The most successful people i understand also appear to have the most quantity of self esteem, self esteem - you like your hair a lot contributes to self confidence which leads to someone taking more action after which believing in themselves then
When you're aligned along with your highest values you are confident. Confidence is sexy. Confidence attracts people into your life that have their shit together.
Be it, develop it, live it and encourage others along with your confidence. Lesson 11 : Oh, Uh - No, No No Sunshine! Don’t Hire Friends & Family…
Hire Just a Players, the old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is the thing that you should live by.
We have probably made more mistakes than i can count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and the team during this process, some won’t be growing as quickly as you, give them time, nurture them that assist them grow and when it’s time - then you can grow apart or you can keep them on.
Although we have generated millions of dollars on this industry for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more because of hiring the wrong people. I have experienced a number of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong people that i have hired and i’ve hired quite a few.
Lol.
My new stuff that i learned would be to Recruit Talent, rather than just Developing it.
You simply gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, i am talking about i still generated around $5 Million in sales within the last 4-5 years having a very tiny team - less than 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they are going to aid you in getting to stage 2. This is challenging to get, men and women not grow as fast as you, and you've got being happy with that, you gotta be ok with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I want to build various businesses and be in the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…
Developing “Thick Skin” is one of the greatest assets you could have in life and in business, if you are not phased by competition, what others consider you, what others say, whoever they may be, you begin and live from your location of owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, but it never affects me, people the world as they are much less the world because it is.
My industry, the small Website marketing / Network Marketing / Home based business Industry absolutely rocks, it will help people develop into real personal growth powerhouses and if anyone really sticks by using it, it has the potential to help people make millions of dollars.
Oh company, its immensely profitable and YES it allows you to create a true passive income if you actually do the task properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists using the multi-level marketing arena.
I see numerous will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as a second income or home business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i transformation multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, in one income opportunity that a lot of people talked down on.
And knowning that one program, i’ve generated an awesome $1.1 Million in commissions.

Right now i will be the Top Earner in two different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Lots of people within this industry will look down at MLM’s / Multilevel marketing / Network marketing business models and have some sort of stupid point of view on this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Mr . trump have commended should they could start from scratch they'd enter the field of Network Marketing.
But, returning to the stupid people with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad exposure to others selling to them
2) they joined one once they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be into a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I got into this industry and then made my first million because space, i proceeded to build millions more Outside this space, so again systems work, people fail.
Once i was a newbie and i’d follow these so called Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home-based businesses etc, it could create a great deal controversy inside me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t want to do anything since i felt what's going to my buddies think of me along with what will those big marketers think about me…
Then i basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do what i want
And that’s when i was a millionaire.
I’d just remove them from my well being, now i ignore them - mainly really his or her words have no impact or no value if you ask me.
AKA i couldn’t provide a shit about them.
Each to their own personal, and i also respect everyone - i’ll always love the house business industry, if you are within it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn the things which Top Earners are going to do and you may reap the rewards of one's greatest dreams.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection Of The Just one Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, this - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even when they pay it off.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant and i believe i’m much better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my best, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my time a lot, where i don’t like to waste it on anything that doesn’t fulfil me.
The concept of time is quite fascinating. Learning and investing in Mastering the foundations with the 80/20 this can be like maybe among my top 3 tricks of creating success and generating huge amount of money, you need to learn this topic - buy Perry Marshall’s book on 80/20.
I've been each student from the topic 80-20 from the time i used to be a newbie in this industry and i will remain.
Work out your value hourly, mine has become $2,000 per hour. I don’t like to do items that does not yield that much.
In my laptop i have this article it note : “Is What I’m Doing Now Worth $10,000 Per Hour” ?
Because as i've learned no matter what i attempt - probably the most i can be is 3 solid hours of pure productivity.
For me personally it’s writing e-mail, doing big deals on traffic buys, sometimes i’ll buy $50,000 worth of traffic right away so i gotta make sure i’m all game to save money and finding the optimum that can deliver and artistic thinking.
Which means you take your ideal income for the entire day, then you divide by Three hours and you work on your highest leverage tasks for that.
I’m very strict with who i spend time with, what i do for the reason that time, and also the feelings, energy, thoughts which come from being in a place where my time is spent.
We have no room during my life for negativity, people whining, complaining, bitching and moaning. No dram and leeches needed, let’s just say i've had my fair share, lol.
My big lesson for Time is always that, anything in everyday life - you may get much more of, more customers, more money, more cars, more houses, more watches more XYZ….
Everything you can’t get is more time.
It’s exactly the only element of everyone around you that we can’t buy, you could should you hire lots of people lol.
I respect time a great deal and i expect all others to do this, after all it’s the one thing i can’t find a way to buy really!
People have the identical A day, so now you must consider of how you spend those A day, because the among somebody that works and somebody that just isn't (yet) is when they spend complete, you will low leverage activities and yet another does high level activities.
Everyday - write a summary of activities - it maybe 10 things, then only focus on the main 2-3 that will move your business forward, this one piece of advice from Yanik Silver changed the overall game forever for me.
It’s funny, now i've time and i thank god everyday in my blessings, that i do what i love everyday, and don’t need to work for a period of time of even decades, however enjoy my thing, everyday.
Oh to the time thing - i see now a growing number of that i enjoy spending time with my loved ones, parents, friends and family. Nothing can beat family love.

Irrrve never will be one of those individuals who says, oh i will have spent more hours with my children. After travelling alot, i’ve seen many people just aren’t in “touch” with their families, their siblings i really developed a very conscious decision to always be committed to be around my loved ones, serve them well. I’m very grateful for the kids.
Even very little on this planet, my family gives me a great deal richness and joy.
Buying time allows you to do this, it enables one to take several months off work but still get money just like a BAWSS. Wait, is the fact that how you spell it. lol.

I send an e-mail 6-7 times each week, and my emails are long, you can tell intending overboard in adding value to my subscribers.
I've got a very deep funnel that let’s customers progress and spend a lot of cash, i’ve had one client spend over $100,000 with me.
I’ve created multiple streams of revenue, many are more profitable than others, and by having a responsive list i can easily do large launches within my list with no headache, merely a well considered e-mail promo.
I additionally try to find new businesses i will create and make my own, personal category, whilst everyone was selling small solo ads, i created SoloAdsAgency which by itself had been a million dollar business within just 12-18 months.
The deeper, the more optimised the funnel is - the greater cash you’ll make.
Get the needs and position irresistible offers on the way.
The check keeps coming and getting bigger and so i know i’m delivering value, looking after people and spreading a note.
